People describe me as someone who listens, encourages but also dares to confront and challenge. It is important for me listen from a place of sincereness and acceptance, and to give tools to look at situations differently.

I get energy from thinking outside the box, breaking taboos, and letting go of shame. Undoubtedly, people pick up on this, because for as long as I can remember people have come to me sharing their stories. 

Before making the switch to my current field, I was the owner of a car company (Vakgarage Carhouse Lagerweij) for almost 30 years. My focus was on operations and customer relations. This not only gave me knowledge and experience in the field of business, but also brought me in contact with an incredible number of people. People who often had much more to share than their car wishes or problems.

Over the years, people started coming to me not only with their stories, but also with (specific) requests for coaching and (business) conflicts. This eventually grew into my current company.
